NEOCLOUD DATA CENTER DESIGN SERVICES

Purpose-built AI data center design.

Cogniware designs high-density AI data centers around the workload. We bring compute, power, cooling, network fabric, resilience, and operational requirements into one engineering plan so the facility can support GPU-intensive training and inference at scale.

DESIGNED AS ONE AI INFRASTRUCTURE SYSTEM

More capacity. Fewer hidden constraints.

AI clusters stress rack density, power delivery, cooling, and east-west network traffic at the same time. Cogniware designs those systems together, against the same workload and growth assumptions. That reduces the risk that one subsystem becomes the expensive limit on the rest, leaving accelerators underused or forcing costly facility changes after deployment.

Our engineering scope can span compute-hall and rack design, power and backup architecture, advanced cooling, AI fabric, accelerator strategy, site and sovereign requirements, commissioning, and operational readiness. Customers can engage Cogniware across the full design or for the disciplines where they need specialized AI infrastructure expertise.

Higher usable density

Plan compute, power, cooling, and layout together so the facility can support denser accelerator deployments.

Performance without infrastructure bottlenecks

Design fabric and facility systems so expensive accelerators spend less time constrained by network, power, or thermal limits.

Resilience built in

Engineer failover, maintainability, testing, and recovery into the design rather than adding them after deployment.

A path to future hardware

Prepare for higher-density and liquid-cooled platforms without treating each accelerator generation as a facility redesign.

HIGH-DENSITY COMPUTE DESIGN

Build for the next rack, not just the first rack.

Cogniware plans compute halls for progressive density. We account for rack layout, power, piping, service access, and operating requirements as deployments move from conventional configurations toward direct-to-chip liquid cooling and immersion-ready designs.

That gives neocloud operators room to add denser accelerator platforms without creating avoidable rework in the facility around them. It also helps preserve expansion options as cooling methods, server form factors, and power requirements change across hardware generations.

POWER AND THERMAL ENGINEERING

Feed the density. Remove the heat. Keep it operating.

Cogniware designs power architecture for demanding AI loads, including dual feeds, 2N UPS, battery bridge power, diesel backup, and layered failover where the design requires it.

Cooling is engineered against the actual rack-density plan. Options can include CRAH, rear-door heat exchangers, direct-to-chip liquid cooling, and immersion readiness. The value is an integrated power and thermal design that supports the target compute density reliably, protects availability under demanding loads, and remains practical to service as the site evolves.

AI FABRIC AND ACCELERATOR STRATEGY

Keep the network from becoming the limit on the cluster.

Cogniware designs non-blocking spine-leaf fabrics for distributed AI traffic, with 800G architecture, RDMA/RoCEv2 capability, lossless Ethernet principles, and topology-aware optimization where the workload requires it.

We also design across NVIDIA, AMD, and Intel platforms, giving operators more flexibility to match accelerator choice to workload, economics, supply, and long-term strategy. That reduces dependence on a single hardware roadmap and lets infrastructure decisions reflect the actual mix of training and inference customers expect to run.

FROM SITE CONSTRAINTS TO PRODUCTION OPERATIONS

Design for where the infrastructure will run and how it will be operated.

Cogniware adapts the architecture to site realities such as available power, facility configuration, thermal conditions, security requirements, and geography. The goal is a design that works within real constraints without giving up the density or resilience the business case requires. For regulated or strategic workloads, we can design sovereign-capable environments with strong physical and logical isolation and dedicated controls.

Our services can continue through deployment planning, integrated testing, commissioning, operational readiness, network and security operations, and customer onboarding. Keeping that continuity helps preserve the design intent when the facility becomes a production environment.

A PRACTICAL ENGINEERING PATH

Start with the workload. Finish with infrastructure your team can operate.

1. Define the design point

Establish workload, accelerator, density, availability, network, site, security, and growth requirements.

2. Engineer the integrated architecture

Coordinate compute, power, cooling, fabric, resilience, and physical design around those requirements.

3. Validate and prepare for operation

Support testing, commissioning, operating readiness, and the path to future capacity.

PLANNING HIGH-DENSITY AI CAPACITY?

Turn the workload and capacity target into an infrastructure plan.

Cogniware can help design the compute, power, cooling, fabric, resilience, and operating model required to support it, with an engineering plan that connects the capacity target to a facility that can be deployed and operated in production.
