Our goal is to transform the economics of generative AI by harnessing compute resources more intelligently – delivering exceptional training and inference performance at scale with significantly lower cost. We deliver strong results because we approach the problem holistically, coupling our patent-pending proprietary inference engine with AI compute optimization services at every level of the stack – software, compute, memory, networking, and beyond.
Our Team
Ambarish is Founder and CEO of Cogniware Inc., a software company focused on making Generative AI more powerful, accessible, and cost-efficient. Previously, he spent more than two decades at Appian Corporation, where he held significant roles across engineering, services, pre-sales, sales, marketing, partnerships, and strategy, and helped drive expansion into Asia, Australia, the Middle East, and Latin America. Earlier, he worked at MicroStrategy as a portal engineer. Ambarish holds a master’s degree from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor of Engineering from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology.

Annelise is Chief Product Officer of Cogniware and an accomplished product executive with more than 20 years of product management experience. At Appian, she was critical in designing Appian’s core low-code automation platform and has held roles in product management, product innovation, consulting, and solution engineering. She has partnered with customers across financial services, healthcare, and government, and has scaled product organizations from startup phase through IPO and beyond. Annelise holds a BSE in Electrical Engineering from Princeton University and is pursuing an Executive MBA at the University of Washington Foster School of Business.

Abhi is Co-Founder and Head of Enterprise AI at Cogniware, bringing more than 30 years of IT leadership and consultative experience. Previously, he spent two decades at SAP America, where he served as Vice President of Services Sales and worked on ERP and digital transformation for global industry leaders. Across his career, he has driven revenue growth and customer success by leading teams across architecture, sales, and delivery. At Cogniware, he focuses on AI-driven solutions that automate enterprise-scale activities and improve IT delivery.

Srinath is Chief AI Officer at CogniwareAI, where he helps shape strategy for more powerful, cost-efficient, trustworthy, and enterprise-ready Generative AI. He has more than 25 years of experience leading AI, cloud, digital transformation, and enterprise architecture initiatives across public sector and commercial markets. Previously, he held senior leadership roles at Amazon Web Services, Accenture Federal Services, and Capital One. Srinath is the author of two books on Generative AI and has spoken at major industry forums including AWS re:Invent and AWS Public Sector Summit.

Kiran is Chief Information Officer of Cogniware, with extensive executive leadership experience in technical roles across U.S. Federal Government agencies and the commercial sector. He has held CTO, CIO, and Vice President of Technology roles, and has received the IRS Commissioner Award, White House Voluntary Service Gold Medal, CIO Cup, and a Federal Executive Board appreciation award. He has completed more than 600 certifications and accreditations. Kiran holds a Digital MBA from CTO Academy, an MBA from Northern Illinois University, and a master’s degree from the New York Institute of Technology.

He has an engineering foundation and more than two decades of experience building and scaling businesses. Previously, he founded and led multiple successful engineering and construction ventures, building high-performing teams and delivering complex projects focused on quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

Kevin has over 20 years of experience as high impact, growth-oriented GTM operator with experience helping companies scale through IPO and beyond. He is currently CMO of Saviynt, the leader in identity security for AI. Previously, he served as CMO of Similarweb, a publicly traded SaaS market intelligence company, and CMO of Appian, a publicly traded low-code app dev and automation SaaS platform. At both companies he helped drive exceptional growth and IPOs. He has also held senior marketing and corporate development positions at Feedzai, MicroStrategy, and PTC. Kevin has a B.A. from Dartmouth and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.

His expertise spans distributed and hybrid architectures, performance, cost, security, regulatory considerations, and long-term operational sustainability.

He is currently Head of Products at Qlik, where he leads product teams across Qlik’s AI and analytics product portfolio. Previously, he spent more than 20 years at Appian Corporation, most recently as SVP of Product Strategy. Malcolm holds a BS in Computer and Information Science from Florida State University.

Atul is an Advisory Board Member at Cogniware with more than 20 years of fintech leadership across AI, risk, analytics, and consumer credit. He founded and exited his own company and held multiple C-level roles at Mercury Financial, where he helped architect enterprise-wide AI strategy and grow its near-prime credit card business into a $3B+ portfolio serving more than 2 million customers. Previously, he spent more than a decade at Barclaycard US in decision science and analytics.
